Alumni Association History
The SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ Alumni Association was established on April 27, 1881. Since then, the Alumni Association has been fostering lifelong relationships between alumni and the University.

- Alumni Association's 140th Anniversary
On April 27, 1881, a small group of students gathered to form the SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ Alumni Association and draft its constitution. Today the campus may look different and our alumni family has grown—to more than 106,000 alumni!
50th Anniversary of Women
In 1961, it was announced women would be admitted into the SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ undergraduate program. The rest is history. In 2011, we celebrated the 50th anniversary of women at SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½.
50th Anniversary of Women’s Athletics
In 2014 we celebrated the golden anniversary of SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ women’s athletics and honored all the athletes, coaches, and administrators who have contributed to the legacy.
