Campus Recreation - Some changes were made at the Malley Center over the winter break with the addition of 9 squat racks to the heavy side of the weight room. In addition, we now have dumbbells in the Multi-Purpose (MP) Room for a quieter space to lift when the room is not in use for fitness classes or student clubs. To see if the MP Room is occupied, please visit the calendar (here is the link /recreation/calendars/mpr/).

We offer a variety of free fitness classes for our members. This winter quarter, we have 22 classes to try out at various times of the day including cycling, full body fitness, a variety of yoga classes and BollyX! There is no sign up needed, all classes are first come first serve and meet in the Malley Center Multi-Purpose Room. To see the weekly fitness schedule visit this link. And to learn more about what we have to offer you, as a SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ student, please click this link for our webpage
