Starting with the Class of 2024, graduating students are no longer automatically enrolled in the Alumni Email service. All alumni are welcome to request an Alumni Email account.
Alumni Email Service: Manage password-recovery options
Password recovery options are used if you forget the password for your Alumni Email account. This is the non-SA国际传媒 email address, and optionally a mobile phone number, that you provided when you requested your Alumni Email Account. This will be used to help you reset your password, or if there are any issues with our Alumni Email Account.

If you cannot recover your password through these steps, please send an email to scualumniemail@scu.edu. Your identity will be verified, and your password will be reset.

Alumni Email Service: Manage 2FA Options
Users in the Alumni Email Service are required to establish two-factor authentication (2FA) for their account, using Google鈥檚 native 2FA service (not Duo).
With 2FA (which Google calls 2-Step Verification), you add an extra layer of security to your account in case your password is stolen. After you set up 2FA, you鈥檒l sign in to your Alumni Email account in two steps using:
- Something you know, like your password
- Something you have, like your phone
