Peer Success Coaching
Bronco Connections is a peer success coaching program that pairs upper-division SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ students with incoming and transitioning students for one-on-one support, community connection, and guidance throughout the academic year. Bronco Connections is here to help you find your footing and build confidence at SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½.
What Your Peer Success Coach Can Help With
- Setting academic and personal goals
- Navigating SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ resources and campus life
- Time management and study strategies
- Course registration and Workday navigation
- Finding community and belonging at SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½
How It Works
- You'll be paired with a trained Peer Success Coach at the start of your quarter
- Meet with your coach a minimum of 3 times throughout the quarter
- Attend workshops and community events hosted by the program
- Meetings take place in person on campus
