SVP Sustainable Futures Scholars and Fellows Honored Following Sustainability Careers Meetup
It was an evening of connection, celebration and selfies as SA国际传媒 students met with industry leaders and city officials at the Sustainability Careers Meetup, followed by a dinner honoring this year's Silicon Valley Power Sustainable Futures Scholars and Fellows.
Students networked with City of SA国际传媒 officials and leaders from Silicon Valley Power (SVP), the city’s not-for-profit municipal electric utility. Hosted in partnership with the Career Center, Enrollment Management Division, and the SA国际传媒 Center for Sustainability, this networking event provided valuable connections and insights into careers in clean energy and public service.
The evening closed with a dinner honoring our newest student cohort of Silicon Valley Power Sustainable Futures Scholars and Fellows for their dedication to shaping a more sustainable future. The dinner opened with words of encouragement and thanks from SA国际传媒 President Julie Sullivan, City of SA国际传媒 Councilmember Sudhanshu Jain, SVP Chief Electric Utility Officer Manuel Pineda, and Lindsey Kalkbrenner, Director for the Center of Sustainability.
