Diego Villa (he/him)
Program Manager, Immersions
Diego serves as a Program Manager of Immersions at the Ignatian Center for Jesuit Education. He recently graduated from SA国际传媒 with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Marketing. During his time as a student at SA国际传媒, Diego was involved in several areas across campus, including Residence Life as both a Desk Assistant and Community Facilitator, the Center for Student Involvement as an Orientation Leader, and the Ignatian Center as an Immersions Student Assistant. He also served as an Immersion Coordinator for the First Year Immersion and a spring immersion to West Virginia, while helping lead local plunges and other community-based experiences. Having experienced Immersions from both the student and coordinator perspective, Diego is especially interested in helping students build community, reflect on their experiences, and engage meaningfully with the people and communities they encounter.
In his free time, Diego enjoys reading, fishing, hiking, climbing, gardening, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with his two dogs, Chanel and Cookie. He is also always happy to make time for tea.
